The location is perfect and good near the city center, restaurant and the centre, and the rooms are air-conditioned.

I had a great value for my money at Leo's Home. The room was comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, close to the train station and with great restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Annalisa, was very accommodating and kind.
Breakfast delights could have been better with a wider variety of options.

We had a nice stay in La Spezia adjacent to the train station as well as shops. The property was 500 feet away from Caffe Elite. The host met us and explained everything.

leo's home in la spezia was a perfect honeymoon getaway. the location was ideal, close to the train station and main attractions. the apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. the host, annalisa, was accommodating and friendly. i highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in la spezia!

Leo's Home provided us with a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Cinque Terre and other nearby areas. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail, such as the espresso apparatus and small Easter surprises for the children, made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket in the same building. we highly recommend Leo's Home for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in La Spezia.
There were a few minor inconveniences such as noise from outside in the evening and some morning construction noise. Additionally, there were a few small bugs and mosquitoes in the apartment.
